Brief Biography
Educated at the National Institute of Technology Warangal (then Regional Engineering College) and graduated in 2000 with M.Sc. Tech. Engineering physics with specialization in Photonics. Worked as an Optical Engineer for Speck Systems Limited (2000-2002). Joined the “Centre for Industrial and Engineering Optics”, Dublin Institute of Technology as a PhD researcher in April 2002 and graduated with a PhD degree in October 2005 with the thesis entitled “Optimization of an acrylamide-based photopolymer for reflection holographic recording”.
Presently working as an Arnold F Graves postdoctoral research fellow in IEO Centre since December 2005.
Research
Interests
Research interests are in holography, self processing photopolymers for holographic recording, and fabrication of holographic optical elements (HOEs) for holographic applications. Other research interests are: Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry, display holography.
